Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NumeroGyan. By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using the app, you agree to them.

1. The service

NumeroGyan calculates numerology readings — Life Path, Lo Shu grid, name and soul numbers, compatibility, Personal Year and Personal Month forecasts, and more — from the name, date of birth and gender you provide, using Chaldean and Vedic methods. It also offers a paid PDF Blueprint report, a coin-based unlock system, and an optional Pro subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NumeroGyan. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

• You can use the app as a guest, tied to your device, or sign in with Google, Apple or email to sync your data across devices.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.

5. Coins

Coins are a virtual, in-app currency, earned through daily check-ins and rewarded ads, or purchased. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside the app, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's/Google's own store policies.

6. Pro subscription

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The current price, trial length (where offered) and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.

• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription any time from your App Store or Play Store account settings — not inside NumeroGyan.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies — we don't process refunds directly.

7. One-time report purchases

A purchased Blueprint report is generated for one specific name, date of birth and gender combination, and you can reopen it at no extra charge. Generating a report for different details is a separate purchase.

8. Payments

All payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, via RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Abuse the ad-reward or referral systems to obtain coins or Pro access you haven't earned or paid for.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm the service or other users.
• Impersonate another person or provide false account information.

10. Intellectual property

The NumeroGyan app, its design, interpretive content and brand are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app and the reports it generates for your own personal use. The name, date of birth and other details you enter remain yours — we use them only to generate your readings and provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services

NumeroGyan relies on services including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Sentry and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Your use of features backed by these services is also subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

NumeroGyan is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading, forecast or prediction will be accurate or reflect real-world outcomes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumeroGyan and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for anyone who violates these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
