This policy explains what information NumeroGyan collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. NumeroGyan is a numerology calculator that reads the numbers behind your name and date of birth using Chaldean and Vedic methods — the information below reflects exactly what the app actually does, not a generic template.
1. Information you provide
Numerology details
Your name, date of birth and gender are used to calculate your Life Path, Lo Shu grid, name numbers and every other reading in the app. This is the core information the app needs to function.
Account information
You can use NumeroGyan as a guest (no personal information required beyond your numerology details, tied to your device) or sign in with Google, Apple, or email. If you sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from that provider so your coins, purchases and saved reports carry over across devices.
Phone number
If you use the Phone Number Analysis reading, the number you enter is used only to calculate that reading.
Saved reports
If you save or purchase a Blueprint PDF report, we store the name, date of birth and gender used to generate it so you can reopen it later without paying again.
2. Information collected automatically
- Basic device and app information — device type, operating system, app version.
- Usage analytics (which screens and features are used, via Firebase Analytics) so we know what to improve.
- Crash and error reports (via Sentry) so we can fix bugs.
- If you view a rewarded or interstitial ad, Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and related data under its own privacy policy. NumeroGyan does not show banner ads.
3. How we use this information
- To calculate and display your personalized numerology readings and reports.
- To keep your account, coin balance, purchases and saved reports in sync across devices.
- To process purchases and subscriptions and unlock the features you paid for.
- To diagnose crashes and keep the app reliable.
- To show the occasional rewarded or interstitial ad that keeps free features free.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments
All payments — coin purchases, the Pro subscription and one-time report purchases — are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, via RevenueCat as our subscription platform. NumeroGyan never sees or stores your card details. We only receive confirmation of which product was purchased, so we can unlock the matching feature.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
6. Data storage and retention
Your data is stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure. A signed-in account's data is retained while your account is active. A guest account's data is tied to your device and local app storage. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, or as required by law.
7. Your rights and choices
- You can review and update your profile details from within the app.
- You can delete your account and its data at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by email. Full instructions are on our account deletion page.
- You can decline personalized ads through your device's ad settings, where your platform supports it.
- You can contact us at any time with questions about your data.
8. Children's privacy
NumeroGyan is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including the security infrastructure provided by Firebase and our other service providers. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International data transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, as part of our use of Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure.
11. Content is for entertainment and education
Numerology readings are offered for reflection, entertainment and self-understanding. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and we'll let you know in-app if a change is material.
